How to
use Regulara.
Go from scattered source documents to a register you can inspect, correct and prepare for filing. Follow the work in order. Keep the source beside every decision.
A filing is only as sound as the decisions behind it.
Regulara keeps the register, source files, missing-information work and filing checks in one project. You decide what the evidence supports. The system helps you find, connect and review it.
Give the register
one home.
Open the dashboard and create a DORA project. Name it for the reporting entity or filing cycle so the register and its files stay together. Open that project to find the working tabs.

Start with the
actual documents.
Upload contracts and supporting files into the project's Files workspace. Open an original to inspect it. Use the source to check dates, parties, services and other facts before they enter the register.

A plausible value is not a sourced value. Keep the document close enough to challenge the entry.
Enter facts in the
order they connect.
Begin with the filing entity, then add the relationships that depend on it. A contract, provider, function and service become useful when they refer to the right real-world objects.
Use the register tabs to correct records. Where proof is available, inspect the linked passage and its original file before accepting a value.
Read the register code referenceMake the gaps
visible.
Open Requests to see missing information found by the current checks. Review the question and its source context, then draft a request or management note. Save it when the wording is right. Return to the register to enter confirmed answers.

Let the checks
have the last word.
Open File to review the register's filing state and blockers. Fix the underlying record when a check points back to a field or relationship. Review the package before using it in your submission process.
